Great question. I get this a lot, but here’s the story in a nutshell:

Freshman year of high school I went to a wrestling camp and there I learned a little bit about nutrition. When I went home I Googled, “healthiest foods to eat” and oatmeal was on the list. I decided to give the grain a try, and I hated it. Fast forward to sophomore year I tried it once more, this time with vanilla extract, maple syrup, berries, and all that fun jazz. Spoiler alert, I was addicted. I started eating it everyday, even twice a day, sending pictures on Snapchat to my friends of my oatmeal. After awhile they told me, “Trace, you gotta quit with the oat pics.” So that’s when on January 1st, 2020 I decided to make my Instagram account (TikTok in November) and the rest is history.
