Chocolate Covered Strawberry Overnight Oats

- 1/2 cup oats- 1/2 tbsp honey (or agave)- 1/2 cup milk of choice- 1 tbsp cocoa powder- 1/4 tsp instant espresso- Splash of vanilla extract- Pinch of salt- Strawberriesπ˜Ώπ™šπ™©π™–π™žπ™‘π™¨ 𝙛𝙀𝙧 π™˜π™π™€π™˜π™€π™‘π™–π™©π™š π™¨π™π™šπ™‘π™‘:- Handful of chocolate chips- 1 tsp coconut oilπ˜Ώπ™žπ™§π™šπ™˜π™©π™žπ™€π™£π™¨:1) Add all of the oat ingredients together2) Microwave for 60 seconds3) Mix in strawberries and let oats chill for at least 1 hour4) Mix chocolate and coconut oil together and microwave in 20 second intervals5) Pour on top of oats (put in fridge or freezer or harder faster)6) Enjoy!

Air Fried Egg Toast

π˜Ώπ™šπ™©π™–π™žπ™‘π™¨:- egg- breadπ˜Ώπ™žπ™§π™šπ™˜π™©π™žπ™€π™£π™¨:1) place bread in air fryer2) press center of bread down with your fingers or spoon3) crack an egg in the center4) air fry @ 350F for 10 minutes5) Add anything you want on top and enjoy!

Vegan Microwave French Toast

π˜Ώπ™šπ™©π™–π™žπ™‘π™¨:- 2 pieces of bread- 1/3 cup milk- 1 tbsp maple syrup- 1 tbsp chia seeds (sub flax)- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract- 1/2 tsp cinnamonπ˜Ώπ™žπ™§π™šπ™˜π™©π™žπ™€π™£π™¨:1) Mix all of the ingredients (except bread) together2) Cut bread into small squares3) Add the bread in with the mixture4) Microwave for 90 seconds5) Add toppings and enjoy!

Easy Breakfast Option

π˜Ώπ™šπ™©π™–π™žπ™‘π™¨:- Bread- Banana- Cinnamon- Oilπ˜Ώπ™žπ™§π™šπ™˜π™©π™žπ™€π™£π™¨:1) On a medium-low heated pan add sliced banana2) Cook on one minute each side covering in cinnamon3) Top on bread, ice cream, baked goods, oats, mug cakes

Air Fried Cinnamon Roll

π˜Ώπ™€π™ͺπ™œπ™:- 1/2 cup pancake mix (sub protein pancake mix)- 3 tbsp milk- 1/2 tbsp melted butter- 1 tbsp brown or coconut sugar (I used sugar substitute)- Cinnamonπ™‚π™‘π™–π™―π™š:- Spoonful of powdered sugar- Small splash of milkπ˜Ώπ™žπ™§π™šπ™˜π™©π™žπ™€π™£π™¨:1) Mix/knead pancake mix and milk into a dough2) Roll out, add the butter, brown sugar, and cinnamon together, and spread on dough3) Cut in half, roll up, and attach to other cut up dough4) Air fry @ 350Β°F for 5 minutes or Bake5) Top with glaze and enjoy!
