Ben & Jerry’s Phish Food Baked Oats


π˜Ώπ™šπ™©π™–π™žπ™‘π™¨:
- 1/2 cup (45g) oats
- 1/2 cup (120g) milk of choice
- 1/2 tbsp (7g) sweetener
- 1 tbsp (5g) cocoa powder
- 1/2 tbsp (7g) chia seeds
- Pinch of salt
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- Marshmallow fluff (or vanilla protein mixed with milk)
- Chocolate chips

(π˜–π˜±π˜΅π˜ͺ𝘰𝘯𝘒𝘭)
- 1 scoop (31g)Β protein powder + splash of milk

π˜Ώπ™šπ™©π™–π™žπ™‘π™¨ 𝙛𝙀𝙧 π™˜π™–π™§π™–π™’π™šπ™‘:
- 1 tbsp (16g) peanut butter
- 1/2 tbsp (7g) date syrup (any syrup is fine)

π˜Ώπ™žπ™§π™šπ™˜π™©π™žπ™€π™£π™¨:
1) Preheat your oven to 400Β°F
2) Mix all of your ingredients together
3) (Optional) blend
4) Pour your batter into an oven safe bowl
5) Top with your marshmallow fluff (or vanilla protein)
6) Make your caramel; place in the middle of the oats; spoon the batter on top
7) Bake for 24 minutes
8) Top with chocolate chips and marshmallows
