Birthday Cake Baked Oats


๐˜ฟ๐™š๐™ฉ๐™–๐™ž๐™ก๐™จ:
- 1/2 cup (45g) oats
- 1/2 cup (120g) milk
- 1 tbsp (14g) maple syrup
- 1/2 tbsp (5g) chia seeds
- 1/2 banana (sub scant 1/4 cup (45g) applesauce)
- Splash of vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- Pinch of salt
- Sprinkles

(๐˜–๐˜ฑ๐˜ต๐˜ช๐˜ฐ๐˜ฏ๐˜ข๐˜ญ)
- 1 scoop (31g)ย @pescienceย protein powder (code: TRACE for 15% off) + splash of milk

๐™๐™ค๐™ฅ๐™ฅ๐™š๐™™ ๐™ฌ๐™ž๐™ฉ๐™:
- Yogurt
- Peanut butter
- More sprinkles

๐˜ฟ๐™ž๐™ง๐™š๐™˜๐™ฉ๐™ž๐™ค๐™ฃ๐™จ:

1) Preheat oven to 400ยฐF
2) Add all of the ingredients together and blend (optional but recommended)
3) Top with sprinkles
4) Put in oven for 20-25 minutes
5) Enjoy!
