Birthday Cake Batter Oats



π˜Ώπ™šπ™©π™–π™žπ™‘π™¨:
- 1/2 cup oat flour
- scant cup (210g) milk
- 1/2 tbsp chia seeds
- 1/2 tbsp liquid sweetener
- Splash of vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt


- (Optional) splash of butter extract
(Optional) 1 scoop (31g) protein powder + splash of milk

𝙏𝙀π™₯π™₯π™šπ™™ π™¬π™žπ™©π™:
- yogurt
- pb
- sprinkles

π˜Ώπ™žπ™§π™šπ™˜π™©π™žπ™€π™£π™¨:
1) Pour all ingredients (except protein powder) on a medium-low heated pot
2) Stir continuously for 3 minutes
3) Add protein powder after 3 minutes
4) Stir for another minute
5) Transfer to a bowl and enjoy!
