Chia Seed Pudding


π˜Ώπ™šπ™©π™–π™žπ™‘π™¨:
- 3 tbsp (42g) chia seeds
- 2/3 cup (160g) oat milk
- 1 tbsp (14g) sweetener
- Pinch of salt

π˜Ώπ™žπ™§π™šπ™˜π™©π™žπ™€π™£π™¨:
- Pour milk in a cup; then chia seeds
- Let it soak at least 4 hours
- Add toppings of choice
- Devour!
