๐ฟ๐๐ฉ๐๐๐ก๐จ:
- 1/2 cup (120g) nut butter
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup (60g) pumpkin purรฉe
- 2 tbsp (26g) granulated sweetener (i used coconut sugar)
- 2 tsp pumpkin spice
- 1/2 cup (50g) protein powder (sub with oat/almond flour)
๐ฟ๐๐ฉ๐๐๐ก๐จ ๐๐ค๐ง ๐๐๐ค๐๐ค๐ก๐๐ฉ๐ ๐ก๐๐ฎ๐๐ง:
- scant 1/4 cup (35g) chocolate
- 1 tsp coconut oil
๐ฟ๐๐ง๐๐๐ฉ๐๐ค๐ฃ๐จ:
1) Mix all the pumpkin bite ingredients together
2) Let the batter chill in the fridge for at least 15 minutes
3) Add the chocolate and coconut oil together; microwave for 30 seconds (more or less depending on your microwave)
4) Take batter out; roll into balls; cover in chocolate
5) Place in freezer for a couple of minutes
