Crumbl Cookie’s Red Velvet White Chip


𝘿𝙚𝙩𝙖𝙞𝙡𝙨:
- 1/4 cup (22g) oats blitzed into a powder
- 1 scoop (31g) @pescience gourmet vanilla (code: TRACE) (you can sub 1/3 cup oats)
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tbsp (3g) cocoa powder
- 2 tbsp (28g) milk of choice
- 1 tbsp (14g) maple syrup
- 1 tbsp (16g) peanut butter
- 1 egg (sub 3 tbsp egg whites or aquafaba)
- pinch of salt
- Red food coloring
- White chocolate chips (+ more for topping)

𝘿𝙞𝙧𝙚𝙘𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣𝙨:
1) Preheat oven to 350°F
2) Mix all of the ingredients together
3) Top with chocolate chips
4) Bake for 8 minutes (or microwave for 1 minute)
5) Let it cool for 3 minutes if you’re baking it
