Vegan Cosmic Brownies


π˜Ώπ™šπ™©π™–π™žπ™‘π™¨:
- 1 cup (100g) oat flour
- 1/3 cup (80g) milk
- 1/4 cup (60g) nut butter
- 1/4 cup (60g) pumpkin purΓ©e
- 1/2 cup (45g) coconut sugar
- 1/3 cup (33g) cocoa powder
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp instant espresso
- 1 tsp of vanilla extract
- Generous pinch of salt

π˜Ύπ™π™€π™˜π™€π™‘π™–π™©π™š π™π™§π™€π™¨π™©π™žπ™£π™œ:
- 1/3 cup (33g) cocoa powder
- Pinch of salt
- 2 tbsp (22g) granulated sugar (I used coconut sugar)
- 1/4 cup (60g) milk

π˜Ώπ™žπ™§π™šπ™˜π™©π™žπ™€π™£π™¨:
1) In a mixing bowl, combine the nut butter, pumpkin purΓ©e, milk, and vanilla extract together
2) Sift in all the other dry ingredients together
3) Let the batter vibe in the fridge for 20 minutes
4) On a parchment paper covered tray, add the batter
5) Bake @ 350Β°F for 12-14 minutes
6) While that’s cooking, mix the chocolate frosting together
7) Remove brownie and let pan cook
8) Add frosting on top and let the brownie cool
9) Top with sprinkles and enjoy!!
