Air Fried Chocolate Molten Lava Cake


I feel like single served desserts taste 10x better than a normal sized dessert. Something about it being mini just excites my taste buds.

I might be crazy, but I know I’m not crazy enough to say that this tastes absolutely amazing.


  • Chocolate Frosting (details below)
  • 1 egg
  • 3 tbsp (22g) oat flour
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • Pinch of salt
  • ESChocolate chocolate (Really good chocolate company, they are Certefied Fair Trade, GF, Vegan, Non GMO, Kosher, and Green E!)

Chocolate Frosting:

  • 2 heaping tbsp (~12g) cocoa powder
  • 1 tbsp (14g) maple syrup
  • Splash of milk


  • Powdered Sugar
  • Raspberries


  1. In a bowl, mix all of the chocolate frosting ingredients together
  2. Mix in all of the other ingredients together
  3. Oil another bowl, add a spoonful of cocoa powder, and spread the cocoa evenly around until it sticks to the bowl
  4. Pour the batter in the oiled cocoa bowl, and then get the chocolate and place some in the middle. Spread the batter on top
  5. Air fry @ 350°F for 6 minutes
  6. Let it cool for 5 minutes and take it out
  7. Top with powdered sugar and Enjoy!
