Apple Pie Overnight Oats


π˜Ώπ™šπ™©π™–π™žπ™‘π™¨:
- 1/2 cup oats
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 tbsp maple syrup
- 1/4 cup apple sauce
- 1/2 tbsp chia seeds
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- Splash of vanilla extract

(π˜–π˜±π˜΅π˜ͺ𝘰𝘯𝘒𝘭)
- 1 scoop (31g) protein powder (i useΒ @pescienceΒ code: TRACE ) + splash of milk

𝙏𝙀π™₯π™₯π™šπ™™ π™¬π™žπ™©π™:
- apples
- peanut butter
- cinnamon

π˜Ώπ™žπ™§π™šπ™˜π™©π™žπ™€π™£π™¨:
- In a bowl, combine am of the ingredients together
- Let it sit overnight (or at least 6 hours) in the fridge
- Add toppings of choice, and enjoy!!
