Baked Pancake Oats


 

These are one of my favorite oats that I have ever made. These are very similar to my French toats, but I updated the recipe 😌😌 Pro tip: add butter on top of your oats, and your game will be changed.

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup (45g) oat flour/blended oats
  • 1/2 cup (120g) milk
  • 1 tbsp (14g) granulated sweetener
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 chia egg or regular egg
  • 1/2 tbsp lemon juice
Optional Ingredients:
  • 1 scoop (31g) of protein powder (I use PEScience)
  • Splash of milk

Topped with:

  • Butter
  • Maple syrup

Directions:

  1. Add all ingredients together in a blender
  2. Bake at 400°F for 24 minutes or microwave for 2.5 minutes
  3. Top with butter and maple syrup
  4. Enjoy!

    Just out of curiosity would they still come out the same in an air fryer? Just because an air fryer is supposedly able to do everything a oven can, idk just curious. Love the recipes btw this one is one of my favorites
