Banana Bread Cookies


π˜Ώπ™šπ™©π™–π™žπ™‘π™¨:
- 2 cups (200g) oat flour
- 2 ripe bananas
- scant 2/3 cup (130g) milk
- 2 tbsp (18g) flax seeds
- 2 tbsp (24g) sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- Pinch of salt
- Chocolate chips
- Walnuts

π˜Ώπ™žπ™§π™šπ™˜π™©π™žπ™€π™£π™¨:
1) In a bowl, add all the wet ingredients together
2) Fold in the dry
3) Mix in the chocolate and walnuts
4) Let the better chill in fridge for at least 20 minutes
5) Scoop the dough on an oil baking tray (or parchment paper-covered baking tray)
6) Bake @ 350Β°F for 10 minutes; cool for 10 minutes
