Banana Pudding Overnight Oats


ANNNNDDDDD we are BACK with the oats‼️ When the colder months hit, my craving for oats 📈📈📈 don’t get me wrong, I’m always craving oats, but my love is deeper in the fall/winter months. Also, has anyone else been EXTREMELY busy with school/work?? I feel like it takes me like 3 weeks to fully adjust to the school schedule. On a good note, if you want to sleep a little longer before school/work starts, I highly recommend making these banana pudding overnight oats!!!


  • 1/2 cup (45g) oats
  • 1/2 cup (120g) milk
  • 1/2 tbsp (7g) maple syrup
  • 1/2 tbsp (3g) chia seeds
  • 1/2 banana
  • Cinnamon to your heart's desire
  • Splash of vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt
Optional Ingredients:
  • 1 scoop (31g) of vanilla protein powder (I use PEScience) with a splash of milk
  • 1/2 tbsp banana pudding mix


  • Banana
  • Vanilla wafers
  • Whipped cream


  1. Pour all oat ingredients into a jar/bowl
  2. Shake it up 💃🏼
  3. Top with bananas + vanilla wafers
  4. Let it sit overnight (or at least 4 hours)
  5. Enjoy!
