- 2 cups oat flour
- 3/4 cup coconut sugar
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp ginger
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg
- Large pinch of salt
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup applesauce
- 1/4 cup melted coconut oil
- 1 cup grated carrot
- 2 tbsp flax eggs (sub 2 eggs)

- 2/3 cup vegan cream cheese, softened to room temperature (sub normal cream cheese)
- 3 tbsp liquid sweetener
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
ππ₯π©ππ€π£ππ‘ π’ππ ππ£π¨:
- walnuts
- raisins
πΏππ§πππ©ππ€π£π¨:
1) Preheat oven to 350Β°F
2) In a bowl, mix all of the dry ingredients
3) Mix in the wet ingredients as well as optional mix ins
4) Place in oven for 40-50 minutes
5) Add frosting, and enjoy!
