Cinnamon Roll Baked Oats


- 1/2 cup oats
- 1/2 tbsp chia seeds
- 1/3 cup milk
- 2 tbsp yogurt
- 1/2 tbsp maple syrup
- Splash of vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon

(π˜–π˜±π˜΅π˜ͺ𝘰𝘯𝘒𝘭) 1 scoop (31g) protein powder (i useΒ @pescienceΒ code: TRACE ) + splash of milk

π˜Ώπ™šπ™©π™–π™žπ™‘π™¨ 𝙛𝙀𝙧 π™˜π™žπ™£π™£π™–π™’π™€π™£ π™™π™§π™žπ™―π™―π™‘π™š:
- 1 tbsp runny nut butter
- 1 tsp coconut sugar (or brown sugar)
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
*if yourΒ nut butter isn’t runny add a splash of milk

π˜Ώπ™žπ™§π™šπ™˜π™©π™žπ™€π™£π™¨:
1) Blend all of the ingredients together
2) Pour in an oven safe dish
3) Top with cinnamon drizzle
4) Bake @ 400Β°F for 23 minutes
