Cookie Butter Oats


Looks a bit questionable but will soon become your favorite breakfast. I can't say I'm the biggest fan of Nutella but cookie butter is sooo much better.


  • 1/2 cup (45g) oat flour/blended oats
  • Scant cup (210g) milk (or any liquid)
  • Cookie butter to your heart's desire
  • 1 tbsp (13g) brown sugar
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • Splash of vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt
Optional Ingredients:
  • 1 scoop (31g) of protein powder (I use PEScience)
  • Splash of milk

Topped with:


  1. Blitz oats into oat flour in a blender or food processor.
  2. Add all ingredients except the protein powder and splash of milk into a low heat pot
  3. Cook for 5 minutes, stirring frequently
  4. After 5 minutes, add the protein powder and the splash of milk
  5. Top with whatever you prefer
  6. Enjoy!
