Dunkaroo Oats


π˜Ώπ™šπ™©π™–π™žπ™‘π™¨:
- 2 cups oat flour
- 1/3 cup coconut sugar (sub brown sugar)
- 1 egg (sub flax egg)
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 2 tbsp milk
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp salt

π˜Ώπ™šπ™©π™–π™žπ™‘π™¨ 𝙛𝙀𝙧 π™π™šπ™–π™‘π™©π™π™žπ™šπ™§ π™›π™§π™€π™¨π™©π™žπ™£π™œ:
- 1 cup yogurt
- 1 tbsp vanilla pudding mix
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Sprinkles

π˜Ώπ™žπ™§π™šπ™˜π™©π™žπ™€π™£π™¨:
1) In a bowl mix the melted butter, egg, milk, vanilla extract together
2) Add in the oat flour, coconut sugar, baking powder, and salt
3) Mold into small cookies & bake @ 350Β°F for 6 minutes (let cookies cool for at least 10 minutes)
4) Mix the healthier frosting ingredients together
5) Dip cookies in frosting & ENJOY!!
