Easy Breakfast Option


π˜Ώπ™šπ™©π™–π™žπ™‘π™¨:
- 1 diced up apple
- Cinnamon
- splash of water (~2 tbsp)
- Agave (any liquid sweetener)

Add on top of:
- oats
- toast
- smoothie bowls
- mug cakes
- into baked goods

π˜Ώπ™žπ™§π™šπ™˜π™©π™žπ™€π™£π™¨:
1) Add diced apple, water, and cinnamon in a medium-low heated pan
2) Cover with a lid and let simmer for 5 minutes until soft
3) Add on top of/ into anything you’d like
4) Drizzle agave on top and enjoy!!
