Easy Tomato Soup


- 4 large tomatoes
- 1 bell pepper
- 1 onion
- 10 cloves of garlic (LOL)
- Olive oil
- Handful of basil
- 1/2 cup veggie broth
- salt & pepper

Toppings (optional)
- coconut cream
- chopped basil

Served with:
- Vegan grilled cheese

𝘿𝙞𝙧𝙚𝙘𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣𝙨:
1) Cut tomatoes, bell pepper, onion, garlic, and add on a baking tray
2) Mix in olive oil, salt, pepper, and bake @ 425F for 45 minutes
3) Add veggie broth + basil and blend
4) Pour into a bowl, top with coconut cream and chopped basil
5) Serve with a grilled cheese and enjoy!
