
You asked for it and here it is. Glazed donuts are definitely at the top of my favorite donuts. What about you guys?
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup (45g) oats
- 1 tbsp (12g) powdered sugar (I used a sugar substitute)
- 1/3 cup (80g) milk
- 1/4 (60g) yogurt
- Pinch of salt
- Dash of nutmeg
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
Optional Ingredients:
- 1 scoop (31g) of vanilla protein powder (I use PEScience)
- Splash of milk
Icing:
- 2 tbsp powdered sugar
- SMALL dash of milk
Directions:
- Blitz oats into oat flour in a blender or food processor.
- Thoroughly combine all the dry ingredients together
- Incorporate wet ingredients and blend everything together
- Bake at 400°F for 20-24 minutes
- Top with icing
- Enjoy!
