Healthy brownies


𝘿𝙚𝙩𝙖𝙞𝙡𝙨:
- 2 cups oats
- 1 cup almond flour
- 1/3 cup cocoa powder
- 1 large cooked sweet potato (sub 1 cup pumpkin purée)
- 2 flax eggs (sub 2 eggs)
- 1/2 tbsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/3 cup maple syrup
- 2 tbsp coffee (sub 1 tsp instant espresso)
- Large pinch of salt (+ more for topping)
- 1/2 cup milk of choice
- Chocolate chips

𝘿𝙞𝙧𝙚𝙘𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣𝙨:
1) Blend all ingredients together
2) Fold in chocolate chips
3) Bake @ 350°F for 30-40 minutes or until you stick a toothpick in the center and it comes out clean
