Healthy Gingerbread Man


π˜Ώπ™šπ™©π™–π™žπ™‘π™¨:
- 1/2 cup oat flour
- 1/2 tbsp ground flax seed
- 1/2 tbsp coconut sugar
- 1 tbsp runny nut butter
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp ginger
- 1 tbsp milk

*if nut butter isn’t runny add 1 tbsp of milk


(Optional) 1 scoop vanilla protein + splash of milk

𝙏𝙀π™₯π™₯π™šπ™™ π™¬π™žπ™©π™:
- vanilla protein + splash of milk

π˜Ώπ™žπ™§π™šπ™˜π™©π™žπ™€π™£π™¨:
1) In a bowl, Mold all of the ingredients together
2) Shape into a gingerbread man (or cookie)
3) Add toppings (optional)
4) Bake @ 350Β°F for 6 minutes
5) Let it cool
6) Add icing
