Healthy Ramen


π˜Ώπ™šπ™©π™–π™žπ™‘π™¨:
- 1 packet ramen
- vegetable broth
- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
- 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp minced garlic
- spinach
- green onion
- carrots
- mushrooms
- soft boiled egg

π˜Ώπ™žπ™§π™šπ™˜π™©π™žπ™€π™£π™¨:
1) Cook ramen according to instructions, but sub water for veggie broth
2) In a medium-low heated pan, heat up the oil and fry the garlic
3) Chop up spinach + green onion and pour ramen + broth on top
4) add fried garlic oil into ramen and add more veg
5) Enjoy!!
