- 1/2 cup oat flour
- 3/4 cup milk
- 1 tbsp flax seeds
- 2 tbsp cocoa powder
- 1/2 tbsp maple syrup
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
(ππ±π΅πͺπ°π―π’π) 1 scoop (31g) protein powder (i useΒ @pescienceΒ code: TRACE ) + splash of milk

- peanut butter
- chocolate chips

1) in a bowl, thoroughly mix everything (except protein powder) together
2) Microwave for 60 seconds
3) Stir batter around for 1 minute (itβs gonna be soupy, but trust the process ππΌππΌ)
4) Microwave for another 60 seconds
5) (optional) Add protein powder + milk with oats
6) Add toppings, and enjoy!
