Microwave Brownie Batter Oats


- 1/2 cup oat flour
- 3/4 cup milk
- 1 tbsp flax seeds
- 2 tbsp cocoa powder
- 1/2 tbsp maple syrup
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt

(π˜–π˜±π˜΅π˜ͺ𝘰𝘯𝘒𝘭) 1 scoop (31g) protein powder (i useΒ @pescienceΒ code: TRACE ) + splash of milk

𝙏𝙀π™₯π™₯π™šπ™™ π™¬π™žπ™©π™:
- peanut butter
- chocolate chips

π˜Ώπ™žπ™§π™šπ™˜π™©π™žπ™€π™£π™¨:
1) in a bowl, thoroughly mix everything (except protein powder) together
2) Microwave for 60 seconds
3) Stir batter around for 1 minute (it’s gonna be soupy, but trust the process πŸ™πŸΌπŸ™πŸΌ)
4) Microwave for another 60 seconds
5) (optional) Add protein powder + milk with oats
6) Add toppings, and enjoy!
