- 1/2 tbsp chia seeds
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 tbsp cocoa powder
- 1/4 cup coffee
- 1/2 tbsp maple syrup
- 1/8 tsp peppermint extract
- Splash of vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- Pinch of salt

- candy canes
- peppermint chocolate

1) Blend all of the ingredients together
2) Pour in an oven safe dish
3) Bake @ 400ยฐF for 22 minutes
4) Top with anything your heart desires
