- 1/2 cup oats
- 1/3 cup yogurt
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/2 tbsp chia seeds
- 1/2 tbsp maple syrup
- 1/4 tsp peppermint extract
(ππ±π΅πͺπ°π―π’π) 1 scoop (31g) protein powder (i useΒ @pescienceΒ code: TRACE ) + splash of milk
- 1 tbsp white chocolate
- 1 tsp coconut oil
ππ€π₯π₯ππ π¬ππ©π:
- crushed up candy cane
πΏππ§πππ©ππ€π£π¨:
1) In a bowl, combine all of the ingredients together
2) Let it chill in the fridge overnight or for at least 4 hours
3) Microwave the white chocolate and coconut oil together for 25 seconds; stir to melt
4) Pour on top of oats and top with crushed up candy canes
