Peppermint Bark Overnight Oats


π˜Ώπ™šπ™©π™–π™žπ™‘π™¨:
- 1/2 cup oats
- 1/3 cup yogurt
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/2 tbsp chia seeds
- 1/2 tbsp maple syrup
- 1/4 tsp peppermint extract

(π˜–π˜±π˜΅π˜ͺ𝘰𝘯𝘒𝘭) 1 scoop (31g) protein powder (i useΒ @pescienceΒ code: TRACE ) + splash of milk

- 1 tbsp white chocolate
- 1 tsp coconut oil

𝙏𝙀π™₯π™₯π™šπ™™ π™¬π™žπ™©π™:
- crushed up candy cane

π˜Ώπ™žπ™§π™šπ™˜π™©π™žπ™€π™£π™¨:
1) In a bowl, combine all of the ingredients together
2) Let it chill in the fridge overnight or for at least 4 hours
3) Microwave the white chocolate and coconut oil together for 25 seconds; stir to melt
4) Pour on top of oats and top with crushed up candy canes
