Pumpkin Spice Protein Dip


Dipping food makes it taste 100x better. It’s even better when it tastes like fall 😌🍁 Grab some apples, graham crackers, or whatever dipping (item?) you want and then you can go to town. ENJOY!!


  • 1 cup (240g) yogurt
  • 1/4 cup (60g) pumpkin purée
  • 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 tbsp (14g) maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract (note: only needed if not using vanilla yogurt)
  • 1 scoop (31g) vanilla protein (I use PEScience with code TRACE) + splash of milk
  • 1/3 cup (33g) oat flour if not using protein powder


  1. Mix the pumpkin purée, yogurt, vanilla extract, and maple syrup together
  2. Mix in protein (or oat flour) and pumpkin pie spice together
  3. Let sit for at least 30 minutes*
*if you want it thicker then let it sit in the fridge (the longer it sits = thicker it gets)
