
Dipping food makes it taste 100x better. It’s even better when it tastes like fall 😌🍁 Grab some apples, graham crackers, or whatever dipping (item?) you want and then you can go to town. ENJOY!!
Ingredients:
- 1 cup (240g) yogurt
- 1/4 cup (60g) pumpkin purée
- 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
- 1 tbsp (14g) maple syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla extract (note: only needed if not using vanilla yogurt)
- 1 scoop (31g) vanilla protein (I use PEScience with code TRACE) + splash of milk
- 1/3 cup (33g) oat flour if not using protein powder
Directions:

Mix the pumpkin purée, yogurt, vanilla extract, and maple syrup together
- Mix in protein (or oat flour) and pumpkin pie spice together
- Let sit for at least 30 minutes*
