Stovetop Peppermint Oats


π˜Ώπ™šπ™©π™–π™žπ™‘π™¨:
- 1/2 cup oats
- 1 tbsp cocoa powder
- 1/2 tbsp maple syrup
- 1/2 tbsp chia seeds
- 1/2 cup milk + 1/2 cup water
- Splash of vanilla extract
- 1/8 tsp peppermint extract

(π˜–π˜±π˜΅π˜ͺ𝘰𝘯𝘒𝘭) 1 scoop (31g) protein powder + splash of milk

𝙏𝙀π™₯π™₯π™šπ™™ π™¬π™žπ™©π™:
- crushed up candy canes
- chocolate


π˜Ώπ™žπ™§π™šπ™˜π™©π™žπ™€π™£π™¨:
1) In a medium-low heated bowl, add all of the ingredients together (except protein powder)
2) Mix occasionally for 5-6 minutes
3) Add in protein powder
4) Top with crushed up candy canes and chocolate
5) Enjoy!!
