- 1/2 cup oats
- 1/4 cup cooked sweet potato
- 1/2 tbsp chia seeds (sub flax seeds)
- 1/3 cup milk
- 1/2 tbsp maple syrup
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
(ππ±π΅πͺπ°π―π’π) 1 scoop (31g) protein powder (i useΒ @pescienceΒ code: TRACE ) + splash of milk

- marshmallows
- walnuts

1) Preheat oven to 400Β°F
2) Combine all the ingredients together (if using unblended oats blend all ingredients together)
3) Bake for 23 minutes
4) (Optional) add marshmallows on top and broil on low until golden brown
5) Enjoy!!
