- 2 pieces of bread
- 1/3 cup milk
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tbsp chia seeds (sub flax)
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon

1) Mix all of the ingredients (except bread) together
2) Cut bread into small squares
3) Add the bread in with the mixture
4) Microwave for 90 seconds
5) Add toppings and enjoy!
Vegan Microwave French Toast
Itβs not vegan if it contains milk thoβ¦ But I assume it works with vegan alternatives as well.
