Maple Vanilla Walnut Energy Bites

Soft, nutty, and naturally sweet — these bites are your grab-and-go fix when you need fuel that actually tastes good. No baking, no mess, just mix, chill, and snack.

𝘿𝙚𝙩𝙖𝙞𝙡𝙨:

  • 1 packet of Trace’s Oats Maple Vanilla Walnut
  • 3 tbsp runny nut butter
  • 1 tbsp milk of choice (only if mixture is too dry)

𝘿𝙞𝙧𝙚𝙘𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣𝙨:

  1. In a bowl, combine Trace’s Oats, nut butter, and milk.
  2. Mix until a sticky dough forms — add a splash more milk only if it feels too dry.
  3. Roll into 6 bite-sized balls.
  4. Chill in the fridge for 20–30 minutes to firm up.
  5. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week.
